ASBE is an international representative and exchange centre for Procon.  We have a selection of new brass and stainless steel pumps in stock.  The pumps we carry are typically used in the water and beverage industry.  However, we do have customers in other industries such as welding companies and medical/research laboratories.

Refer to the table to the right for the types of Procon pumps available.  Note that we do not carry the Series 6 pumps in stock but they can be ordered.

We are able to order custom pumps (as long as the pump is not patented).  A custom pump may have a special clearance or special seals.  To ensure we order the right pump to meet your specifications, please provide us with the Procon pump number that is either engraved on the pump or listed on the label.  It is also helpful to advise what the application is for the pump along with the gallons per hour (GPH) requirement.

What happens if the pump you need is not available from ASBE?

If we do not have in stock the pump you need, we can custom order it for you.  Since the pumps are shipped from Procon in the USA, the process can take about two to three weeks.  For any custom orders, the customer is responsible for the shipping, customs and GST charges and a fee levied by Procon to expedite the order.  We may require a deposit to place a custom order.  Note that we are not able to order “patented” pumps.

How is the pump shipped to a customer?

Our customers can choose to ship with whatever courier service they prefer (e.g., Purolator, Fedex, Loomis, UPS, etc.).  If you have an account with a courier company, you can provide us with the information and we will ship the pump collect.  If you do not have an account with a courier company, we will ship with our preferred courier and charge the shipping expenses on your invoice.  If you are located in the Calgary area, you can pick up the pump from our business location.

How long does it take to get the pump?

We provide same-day shipping for all in-stock pumps.  Depending upon how quickly you need your pump, you can choose to ship it either by express courier service or ground courier service. Shipments sent by express service are usually delivered within 1 to 2 days whereas ground service is usually 2 to 5 days based on the customer’s location in Canada.  For the Calgary region, customers can always pick up the pump from our business location.

What is the cost of a new pump?

Prices vary depending upon the pump model.  Please contact our office for pricing information and pump availability.

What method of payment is accepted by ASBE?

For our regular customers, we accept cheque, Visa or Mastercard.  For a new customer, we accept Visa or Mastercard.

What is the warranty on a new pump?

New Procon pumps are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 24 months from the Procon factory shipment date.  Warranty is void if:

The pump has been opened or dismantled in any fashion

Foreign matter (i.e. abrasive particulate) and/or non-compatible liquids have been passed through the pump

The pump was operated dry or was subjected to cavitation

Pump operated at discharge pressures in excess of 250 PSI
