At ASBE, service is the cornerstone of our business.  We understand the importance of minimizing equipment down time for our customers.  In addition to our commitment of timely and competent service, it is our goal to eliminate the need to return to a service call because we don’t carry the part(s).  For that reason, we carry many parts in our shop inventory as well as in our service vehicles.

Preventative Maintenance Programs

Preventative maintenance (PM) is crucial to achieving optimal performance from your beverage equipment.  It is also about making sure the product you serve to customers is quality.  If you do not properly maintain your equipment, it can lead to costly issues and decrease its lifespan.  To protect your investment, we strongly recommend the implementation of a regular PM program.  The frequency and scope of the PM will depend upon the type of equipment.  For example, slush machines should have a PM completed every six months as a minimum.  A slush machine PM consists of cleaning, sanitizing, replacing seals and blades and completing an operational inspection.

ASBE can design a PM program that meets your needs and protects your investment.  We will implement a schedule and contact you to set up a convenient day and time for our technician to be at your location.  As part of our PM program, we provide the customer with a report on the overall condition of the equipment and identify operational areas that need to be addressed.

Equipment Re-conditioning

We know that replacing existing equipment with new can be very costly for your business.  A cost-effective alternative to purchasing a new piece of equipment is to have your own equipment re-conditioned.  We can do an assessment to determine the scope of service work needed and provide you with a quote.  You can then compare this cost to the cost of replacing the equipment with new.  Should we believe it is not advantageous to re-condition your equipment due to the amount of repair work needed, we will say so.  There are definitely times when it isn’t worth re-conditioning.

The re-conditioning of equipment is done by our qualified technicians and is performed in our specialized shop.  Pick-up and delivery services can be included in the cost.  We include a warranty for both the labour and parts used in re-conditioning your equipment.
